In attendance: Fr. Brian Taylor; Don Partridge, Diane Butler, Jim Tryon, Don Noack, Fr. Gary Meade, Patricia Riggins.

Unable to attend: Fr. Dick Murphy

Actions taken:

1. Reviewed articles of incorporation. We are close.

2. Set Media Contact list re Via Media USA to Diane Butler and Fr. Brian Taylor.

3. Rev. Carole McGowan to join steering committee. Rev. Dick Murphy has resigned from steering committee.

Discussion:

1. Clergy Conference Support Day to be set up

2. Process for Preparation for Days of Discernment

3. Via Media USA meeting in Atlanta: Hope is that they will look at all of the concerns and provide opportunity for communication and sharing and look to common areas that the group can address. Not want to see the group focus on specific diocesan concerns, but rather themes across all dioceses.
