In attendance: Fr. Brian Taylor; Rev. Carole McGowan; Diane Butler; Don Noack, Patricia Riggins.

Unable to attend: Don Partridge; Rev. Gary Meade; Jim Tryon

Actions taken:

1. Articles done; appointed personal representative.

2. Will set up a list serve again to allow for ease of communication. It will be by invitation only and content will be monitored.

3. Another email will be sent out explaining what we are doing

4. Carole McGowan will work with Brian on wider church issues

Discussion:

1. Reviewed outcomes of preparation sessions for Days of Discernment

2. How to help those in El Paso develop and grow their nucleus of members.

3. Discussed strategies for harnessing the energy that is in the diocese and ways to expand the dialogue.
