Planning of August meetings: Objectives:
A.
Share status of nomination process and petitions from floor
B.
In small Groups frame questions for asking during candidate
presentations and to write to candidates. “What are the five most important
things we can ask the candidates in writing?”
C.
In large group: get feedback on the larger “Bins” of areas that we are
being used as information and ultimately as an
assessment tool.
D.
Present resolution that is going forward at General Convention.
E.
Re-solicit emails addresses of all interested in obtaining VMRG
information.
F.
Obtain as many names of delegates and wardens as known.

Set them up after list of candidates is finalized
